Announcement for World Cup Boogie Woogie is done via WRRC registration tool, as usual.

Announcement for World Championship Bugg is also done via WRRC registration tool. Please note that all couples/dancers must be registered and have a dancers ID to make registration possible.

Announcement for World Championship Lindy Hop is done directly to the organizer by giving in following information:

- Full name

- Date of birth

- Country

- contact information (telephone, e-mail)

All Bugg and Boogie Woogie dancers have to be announced via their national federation Lindy Hop dancers from countries who is member in WRRC should make their announcement via their national federation Lindy Hop dancers from countries without membership in WRRC.

2009-09-25 is closing date for registration for the competition in Växjö 10.10.2009
